...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 606 PM PST THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by areas of moderate rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Southwest California, including the following 
  county, San Diego.

* WHEN...Until 606 PM PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 406 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated moderate rain. Rainfall rates of 0.30 to 0.50
    inches per hour are occurring. Minor flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.25
    and 0.75 inches of rain have fallen over the past 12 hours.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are
    expected over the area. This additional rain will result in
    minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Chula Vista, El Cajon, Encinitas, National City, La Mesa,
    Poway, Imperial Beach, Ramona, Coronado and Del Mar.

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
