MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Arizona, including the following 
  county, Mohave, southern California, including the following 
  county, San Bernardino, and southern Nevada, including the 
  following county, Clark.

* WHEN...Until 230 AM PST /330 AM MST/.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Rises in small streams and normally dry washes. Overflowing poor 
  drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1208 AM PST /108 AM MST/, Doppler radar and automated rain
    gauges indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 0.5
    inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Lake Havasu City, Bullhead City, Kingman, Laughlin, Yucca,
    Wikieup, Topock, Needles, Wild Cow Campground, Hualapai
    Mountain Park, Dw Ranch Road, Blake Ranch Road, New Kingman-
    Butler, Golden Valley, Valentine, Oatman, Chloride, Burro
    Creek Campground, Diamond M Ranch and Desert Hills.
  - This includes the following highways...
    Interstate 40 in Arizona between mile markers 1 and 93.
    the Colorado River between mile markers 224 and 230.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.
