...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following 
  counties, Brown, Callahan and Coleman.

* WHEN...Until 1000 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 659 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Brownwood, Coleman, Early, Santa Anna, Bangs, Cross Plains,
    Blanket, Grosvenor, Byrds, Lake Brownwood Near Thrifty, Lake
    Brownwood, Lake Brownwood State Park, Cross Cut, Burkett,
    May, Thrifty, Echo and Owens.
  - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    Texas at Center, Parkway at Vine, Austin Street at Avenue J,
    West Main at 8th, Cordell at Anderson, Main Street at Adam
    Branch, Gifford at Beaver, Austin Street at Avenue G, Belle
    Plain at Romines and Vine at Avenue K.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
