...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive 
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following 
  counties, Concho, Kimble, Menard, Schleicher, Sutton and Tom Green.

* WHEN...Until 1100 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 745 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Junction, Menard, Christoval, Eden, Fort Mckavett, Roosevelt,
    South Llano River State Park, London, Yates Crossing,
    Telegraph, Vancourt, Segovia, Eola, Live Oak, Camp Sol Mayer,
    Adams, The Intersection Of Us-190 And Ranch Road 2084, Cleo,
    The Intersection Of Us-83 And Ranch Road 1773 and The
    Intersection Of Us-83 And Highway 29.
  - This includes Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 406 and 477.

    This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    US HWY 377 crossing South Llano River, Park Road 73 crossing
    South Llano River, Toe Nail crossing San Saba River, FM 2169
    crossing Johnson Fork Creek, RM 2291 crossings along Bear
    Creek, crossings along FM 1221, US HWY 377 crossing 2 miles
    North of Telegraph, Decker St. crossing San Saba River, FM
    2169 crossing Johnson Fork Creek and FM 2169 crossing Johnson
    Fork Creek.

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
