...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM EDT /10 PM CDT/ THIS 
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Big Bend and Panhandle Florida, including the 
  following counties, in Big Bend Florida, Gadsden and Liberty. In 
  Panhandle Florida, Calhoun, Jackson and Washington.

* WHEN...Until 1100 PM EDT /1000 PM CDT/.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 802 PM EDT /702 PM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
    rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and
    4 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Tallahassee, Marianna, Quincy, Chipley, Midway, Havana,
    Chattahoochee, Greensboro, Sneads, Gretna, Cottondale, Grand
    Ridge, Altha, Alford, Ocheesee, Cypress, Henderson Mill,
    Torreya State Park, Alliance and Selman.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
