* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Highland County in south central Ohio...
  Northwestern Pike County in south central Ohio...
  Northwestern Brown County in southwestern Ohio...
  East Central Clermont County in southwestern Ohio...

* WHEN...Until 730 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 423 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
    Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
    advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
    Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Hillsboro, Mount Orab, Williamsburg, Marshall, Sardinia, Belfast,
    Rocky Fork Point, Highland Holiday, Cynthiana, Kincaid Springs,
    Pike Lake, Russell, New Market, Mowrystown, Sinking Spring, State
    Route 136 at US Route 62, Danville in Highland County,
    Berrysville, Highland County Airport and Buford.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
