...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...The following county, in central Ohio, Licking.

* WHEN...Until 900 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 607 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches
    are possible.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Newark, Heath, Granville, Pataskala, Johnstown, Hebron,
    Granville South, Beechwood Trails, Summit Station, New
    Albany, Jersey, Kirkersville, Alexandria and State Route 310
    at State Route 161.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

your report via social media, when you can do so safely.
