* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Fairfield County, Ohio.

* WHEN...Until 830 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 949 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding is
    continuing in Fairfield County, with several roads still
    closed. No additional rainfall is expected.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Lancaster, Reynoldsburg, Pickerington, Canal Winchester,
    Baltimore, Millersport, Pleasantville, Fairfield Beach,
    Royalton, Lithopolis, Thurston, Carroll, Dumontville and
    North Berne.
