...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Kentucky, 
  including the following counties, in south central Kentucky, 
  Laurel and Whitley. In southeast Kentucky, Knox.

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 901 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.7 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    London, Barbourville, Wilton, Moore Hill, Woodbine, Gray,
    Bertha Station, North Corbin, Rossland, Arkle, Barton, Indian
    Creek, Lynn Camp, Faber, Dorthae, McHargue, Dishman Springs,
    Lily, Rockholds and Garrich.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
