* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southwestern Bourbon County in central Kentucky...
  Northeastern Fayette County in central Kentucky...

* WHEN...Until 430 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 136 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Lexington, Bryan Station, Thoroughbred Acres, Northland,
    Mattoxtown, Elmendorf, Muir, Loradale, Fenwick and Spindletop
    Estates.

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

...FLOOD ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 430 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

The Flood Advisory will expire at 430 PM EDT this afternoon for a
portion of central Kentucky, including the following areas, Bourbon
and Fayette.

Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.
