* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Southeastern Allen County in south central Kentucky...
  Monroe County in south central Kentucky...

* WHEN...Until 615 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 314 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Tompkinsville, Gamaliel, Fountain Run, Emberton, Freetown, Gum
    Tree, Jeffrey, Flippin, Mud Lick and Bugtussle.
