The National Weather Service in Paducah has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Henderson County in northwestern Kentucky...
  Northwestern McLean County in northwestern Kentucky...
  Northeastern Webster County in northwestern Kentucky...

* Until 300 PM CDT Thursday.

* At 854 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain in Sebree. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Sebree, Robards and Beech Grove.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
