  Southwestern Monmouth County in central New Jersey...
  Southwestern Middlesex County in northern New Jersey...
  North Central Burlington County in southern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 945 PM EDT.

* At 648 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain in Quaker Bridge Mall. Between 0.5 and 1.5 
  inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 
  inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is already occurring.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include...
  Trenton, Ewing, Princeton, Jamesburg, Hightstown, Bordentown, 
  Cranbury, Pennington, Yardley, Allentown, Langhorne and Roosevelt.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 56 and 76.
New Jersey Turnpike between exits 7 and 9.
Interstate 195 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 16.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around...dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most 
flood deaths occur in vehicles.

EVENING FOR MERCER, SOUTHWESTERN MONMOUTH, SOUTHWESTERN MIDDLESEX, 
NORTH CENTRAL BURLINGTON AND SOUTHEASTERN BUCKS COUNTIES...

At 912 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms 
producing heavy rain in Quaker Bridge Mall. Between 1 and 2 inches 
of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches 
are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 600 AM EDT Tuesday for 
portions of northern Delaware, New Jersey, and southeast
