* Until 645 PM CDT.
* At 345 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Doppler radar estimates that
1.5 to 2 inches of rain has already fallen and another 1 inch of
rain is expected over the next 3 hours. Flash flooding is ongoing
or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
