  South Central Kanawha County in central West Virginia...
  Fayette County in southeastern West Virginia...
  Raleigh County in southeastern West Virginia...
  Eastern Logan County in southern West Virginia...
  North Central Wyoming County in southern West Virginia...

* Until 715 PM EDT.

* At 514 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of 
  rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches 
  are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
  expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Beckley, Fayetteville, Babcock State Park, Oak Hill, Mount Hope, 
  Mabscott, Ansted, Sophia, Bradley, Prosperity, Piney View, 
  Stanaford, Dry Creek, Macarthur, Crab Orchard, Beaver, Powellton, 
  Daniels, Burnwell and Hawks Nest State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Report flooding to the National Weather Service by calling toll 
free, 800 401 9535, when you can do so safely.
