* Flash Flood Warning for...
  East Central Columbia County in east central Georgia...
  North Central Richmond County in east central Georgia...
  West Central Aiken County in central South Carolina...
  South Central Edgefield County in central South Carolina...

* Until 615 PM EDT.

* At 318 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain
  have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
           drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  North Augusta, Evans, Belvedere, Augusta, Martinez, Clearwater,
  Augusta National Golf Club, Summerville, Midtown, Daniel Field,
  Glendale, Village Plaza Shopping Center, Augusta Mall, Savannah
  Bluffs Heritage Preserve, Village at Riverwatch Shopping Center,
  Eisenhower Park, Poverty Hill, Savannah Rapids Park and Ninety Nine

EVENING FOR EAST CENTRAL COLUMBIA, NORTH CENTRAL RICHMOND, WEST
CENTRAL AIKEN AND SOUTH CENTRAL EDGEFIELD COUNTIES...

At 344 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain in intersection of Wheeler Rd and Highland in Augusta and I-20
Exit 1 is closed due to being flooded. Between 2 and 4.5 inches of
rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban
         areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

  North Augusta, Evans, Belvedere, Augusta, Martinez, Clearwater,
