* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Clarke County in south central Iowa...
  Northern Decatur County in south central Iowa...
  Southwestern Lucas County in south central Iowa...
  Wayne County in south central Iowa...

* Until 115 PM CDT Wednesday.

* At 712 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
  expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Osceola, Corydon, Lakeside Casino, Murray, Seymour, Allerton, 
  Humeston, Van Wert, Garden Grove, Woodburn, Weldon, Derby, 
  Millerton, Le Roy and Murray Roadside Rest Area.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 PM CDT THIS 
AFTERNOON FOR CLARKE, NORTHERN DECATUR, SOUTHWESTERN LUCAS AND WAYNE 
COUNTIES...

At 1000 AM CDT, delayed spotter reports were received of flash 
flooding in the Murray area in western Clarke County around 840 am, 
with more than six inches of water flowing over some roads, where 
the heaviest rain occurred. Although floodwaters are likely on their 
way down, flash flooding remains possible especially in lower areas 
or areas small streams and other drainage areas.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.
