* Until 1015 AM PST.

* At 703 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the 
  warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly. Increased threat in canyons where rocks and enhanced 
  mudflows can occur.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
           flash flooding and mudflows.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Inyokern and Indian Wells Canyon.
