* Flash Flood Warning for...
  North Central Lincoln County in southeastern South Dakota...
  South Central Minnehaha County in southeastern South Dakota...

* Until 1045 PM CDT.

* At 745 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain 
  have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 3 inches in 1 
  hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 3 inches are possible in 
  the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Sioux Falls.

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

EVENING FOR NORTH CENTRAL LINCOLN AND SOUTH CENTRAL MINNEHAHA 
COUNTIES...

At 819 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 
and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 
1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already 
occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
