NORTHERN BREATHITT, EASTERN LEE, MAGOFFIN, MORGAN AND WOLFE 
COUNTIES...

At 442 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain across the warned area. Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches in 1 
hour will continue in the stronger storms. Flash flooding is ongoing 
or expected to begin shortly.
