South Central Grand County in east central Utah... * Until 1245 PM MDT. * At 943 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain training over Salt Wash Valley draining through Arches National Park. Between 0.5 and 0.7 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.3 to 0.6 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
