Between 0.3 and 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding/debris flows are ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow moving through Piceance Creek which would impact County Road 5.
