Fulton County in western Kentucky...
Central Graves County in western Kentucky...
Hickman County in western Kentucky...
Southeastern Livingston County in western Kentucky...
Lyon County in western Kentucky...
Marshall County in western Kentucky...
* Until 715 AM CDT Friday.
* At 1114 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2.5 and 4 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Mayfield, Benton, Calvert City, Eddyville, Fulton, Hickman,
Clinton, Hillman Ferry Campground, Birmingham Ferry Recreation
Area, Demumbers Bay Campground, Land Between The Lakes Area,
Cravens Bay Campground, Fulgham, Cayce, Kuttawa, Wingo, Hardin,
Grand Rivers, Water Valley and Brewers.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

MORNING FOR FULTON, CENTRAL GRAVES, HICKMAN, SOUTHEASTERN
LIVINGSTON, LYON AND MARSHALL COUNTIES...
At 1256 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated scattered showers and
thunderstorms producing brief heavy rain across the warned area.
Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall
amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash
flooding is ongoing.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

continued flash flooding occurring.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 700 AM CDT Sunday for portions
of southern Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and
southeast Missouri.
