Pinal County in southeastern Arizona...
* Until 1245 AM MST.
* At 843 PM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between
1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Significant runoff into Vekol
Wash is expected or ongoing. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.
SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.
IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Freeman.
This includes the following streams and drainages...
Vekol Wash, Kohatk Wash, Kaka Wash and Waterman Wash.

MARICOPA AND PINAL COUNTIES...
At 1039 PM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms produced heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1
and 2 inches of rain have fallen. A streamflow gauge on Vekol Wash at
I-8 was reporting 1800 cfs at 10:30 PM MST. Flash flooding is ongoing
or expected to begin shortly.

declining. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
