At 825 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Flash flooding has been ongoing and
will continue due to additional rainfall this morning.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.
