MORNING FOR SOUTHERN DES MOINES, SOUTHERN HENRY IA, LEE, SOUTHERN 
VAN BUREN, NORTHWESTERN HANCOCK, SOUTHWESTERN HENDERSON, CLARK AND 
NORTHEASTERN SCOTLAND COUNTIES...

At 450 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain across the warned area. Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches an hour 
have produced an additional 1 and 3 inches of rain. Flash flooding 
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
