  Southeastern Dubois County in south central Indiana...
  Northern Floyd County in south central Indiana...
  North Central Harrison County in south central Indiana...
  Southwestern Jefferson County in south central Indiana...
  Southern Orange County in south central Indiana...
  Northeastern Perry County in south central Indiana...
  Scott County in south central Indiana...

  Northwestern Henry County in central Kentucky...

* Until 715 AM EDT /615 AM CDT/ Friday.

* At 1120 PM EDT /1020 PM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 
  3 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts 
  of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding 
  is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Jeffersonville, New Albany, Madison, La Grange, Scottsburg, Salem, 
  Prospect, Paoli, Worthington Hills and Coldstream.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.
