* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Baltimore County in northern Maryland...
  Extreme Northeastern Baltimore City in northern Maryland...

* Until 830 PM EDT.

* At 522 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain 
  has fallen and an additional 1 to 2 inches are expected within the 
  next hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 PM EDT THIS 
EVENING FOR SOUTHEASTERN BALTIMORE COUNTY AND EXTREME NORTHEASTERN 
BALTIMORE CITY...

At 559 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated about 1 to 3 inches of rain 
has fallen in the warned area over the last hour. Additional 
rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the next hour. 
Excess runoff will lead to flash flooding. The Baltimore County 911 
Center reported a vehicle stuck in high water along Eastern 
Boulevard and Martin Boulevard in Middle River.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
