  Alcorn County in northeastern Mississippi...
  Benton County in northeastern Mississippi...
  Northwestern Prentiss County in northeastern Mississippi...
  Tippah County in northeastern Mississippi...
  Northwestern Tishomingo County in northeastern Mississippi...
  Central Marshall County in northwestern Mississippi...

* Until 1030 PM CDT.

* At 433 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Corinth, Booneville, Holly Springs, Ripley, Wall Doxey State Park, 
  Lamar, Blue Mountain, Jumpertown, Glen, Snow Lake Shores, 
  Gravestown, Canaan, Theo, Hinkle, Marianna, Pineflat, Farmington, 
  Walnut, Hickory Flat and Ashland.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
