The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northern Brown County in west central Texas...
  Northeastern Coleman County in west central Texas...

* Until 1030 AM CDT.

* At 723 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Brownwood, Coleman, Blanket, Grosvenor, Byrds, Lake Brownwood Near 
  Thrifty, Cross Cut, Lake Brownwood, Lake Brownwood State Park, 
  Burkett, May, Thrifty, Echo and Owens.

FM 2273 crossing Rough Branch, FM 1467 crossing Blanket Creek, FM-RD 
136 crossing Hords Creek, County Road 485 crossing Indian Creek,
