  Northern Faulkner County in central Arkansas...
  Central White County in central Arkansas...
  Cleburne County in north central Arkansas...
  Van Buren County in north central Arkansas...

* Until 1100 AM CDT.

* At 802 AM CDT, trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain in Damascus. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain 
  have already fallen with 2 inches of that rain falling within the 
  past hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
