The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southwestern Brown County in west central Texas...
  Central Coleman County in west central Texas...
  Northern McCulloch County in west central Texas...

* Until 1130 AM CDT.

* At 828 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a large area of 
  thunderstorms with very heavy rain across the Coleman and northern 
  McCulloch Counties, moving slowly south at 15 mph. Between 1 and 2 
  inches of rain have already fallen with localized amounts up to 
  2.75 inches. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are 
  possible in the warned area, with localized amounts over 2 inches. 
  Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and small
           streams, urban areas, low water crossings,
           underpasses, and poor drainage areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Brady, Coleman, Santa Anna, Bangs, Melvin, Rockwood, Gouldbusk, 
  Waldrip, Trickham, Voss, Lohn, Winchell, Pear Valley, Valera, 
  Mercury, Brookesmith, Placid, Glen Cove, Shields and Whon.
