* At 640 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the 
  warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. 
  Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the 
  warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

MORNING FOR SOUTHWESTERN BREATHITT, NORTHWESTERN KNOTT, NORTH 
CENTRAL LESLIE, EASTERN OWSLEY AND NORTHERN PERRY COUNTIES...

At 737 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heaviest rain had 
exited the area; however, excessive runoff from previous heavy 
rainfall will continue to cause flash flooding in low lying areas 
within the warned area.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
