  Southwestern Clay County in west central Missouri...
  Southeastern Platte County in west central Missouri...

* Until 830 AM CDT.

* At 442 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain
  have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
           drainage and low-lying areas.

WYANDOTTE COUNTIES IN NORTHEASTERN KANSAS AND SOUTHWESTERN CLAY AND
SOUTHEASTERN PLATTE COUNTIES IN WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI...

At 556 AM CDT, emergency management reported flash flooding across
the warned area. State Route 5 in Leavenworth County is inundated
with water near Seven Mile Creek. Additional flooding is likely in
the warning area. Between 1 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned
area.
