  Southern Los Angeles County in southwestern California...

* Until 600 PM PST.

* At 1201 PM PST, local law enforcement reported heavy rain across 
  the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. Rock slides 
  and mud slides.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. Rock slides and
           mud slides.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Rock slides
           and mud slides.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Long Beach, Thousand Oaks, Malibu, Inglewood, Culver City, 
  Downtown Los Angeles, Manhattan Beach, Torrance, Hermosa Beach, 
  Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Venice, Redondo Beach, Santa Monica, 
  Rancho Palos Verdes, Alhambra, Encino and Whittier.
