* Flash Flood Warning for...
Forest County in northwestern Pennsylvania...
Central Armstrong County in west central Pennsylvania...
Clarion County in west central Pennsylvania...
* Until 1015 PM EDT.
* At 710 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible
in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Clarion, Marienville, Knox, Rimersburg, New Bethlehem, Sligo,
Strattanville, Limestone, Shippenville, Callensburg, Fisher,
Leeper, Fryburg, Kellettville, Cook Forest State Park, Clarington,
Distant and Templeton.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

At 809 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
