  Northeastern Fayette County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
  South Central Westmoreland County in southwestern Pennsylvania...

* Until midnight EDT.

* At 855 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain
  have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
           drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  South Connellsville, Donegal, Champion, Indian Head, Mill Run,
  Acme, Normalville and Jones Mills.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

At 920 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  South Connellsville, Donegal, Champion, Indian Head, Mill Run,
  Acme, Normalville and Jones Mills.

Flooding was reported on Buchanan Road southwest of Champion, with 10
to 20 inches of water over the road.

Heavy rain has ended, though runoff from earlier heavy rain continues
to result in flash flooding. Several roads were flooded, including
Buchanan, Clinton, and Quail Hill roads.
