The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  South Central Cochise County in southeastern Arizona...

* Until 1100 PM MST.

* At 757 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain focused on locales just north to northeast of the city
  of Douglas. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.75 inch are possible in the
  warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
           drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Douglas, Bisbee-Douglas Airport and Pirtleville.

This includes the following highways...
Route 80 between mile markers 365 and 385. Route 191 between mile
markers 1 and 18.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, dont drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.

FOR SOUTH CENTRAL COCHISE COUNTY...

At 901 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms that produced
heavy rain on locales just north to northeast of the city of Douglas
has diminished in intensity. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have
fallen. Only light additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
