* At 113 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain moving into the 
  warned area. Up to 0.5 inches of rain have fallen across portions 
  of the area. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1 inch in 30 
  minutes. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible 
  in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

CENTRAL MONTGOMERY AND WESTERN PHILADELPHIA COUNTIES...

At 306 PM EDT, gauge reports and radar indicated that up to 2 inches 
of rainfall has fallen across portions of the warned area. There 
have also been reports of street flooding in south Philadelphia. The 
area of rain responsible for the flash flooding has moved out of the 
area but additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible 
in the warned area as additional rainfall is approaching from the 
south and west. Flash flooding is already occurring.
