  Southwestern Washington County in southwestern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1115 PM EDT.

* At 815 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of 
  rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches 
  are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or 
  expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Washington, East Washington, Eighty Four, Taylorstown and Green

* At 1106 PM EDT, Between 1.5 and 3.0 inches of rain have fallen, 
  and between 0.25 to 0.80 inches of additional rain will be 
  possible with and additional round of showers and storms based off 
  upstream radar estimated accumulations and rainfall rates in the 
  warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
