...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM PST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Visibility 1/4 mile or lower in dense fog.

* WHERE...Grand Coulee, Ephrata, Quincy, Ritzville, Harrington, 
  Moses Lake, Creston, Wilbur, Odessa, Coulee City, and Othello.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A combination of spotters and area cams 
  indicate areas of dense fog developing across the Western Columbia 
  Basin near Ritzville, Othello, Moses Lake, Ephrata, and Soap 
  Lake.  Visibilities will vary from 1/8 to 1/4 miles in areas of 
  dense fog.  Localized temperatures near 32F will result in icy 
  conditions on untreated roadways.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of 
distance ahead of you.
