* WHAT...Visibility one quarter to one half mile in dense fog.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Louisiana.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Patchy dense fog has been developing across
portions of the Bayou and River parishes.
