* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water inundates several places along 
  Kentucky Highway 1090 near Lakeville.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 14.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.1
    feet just after midnight tonight. The river will continue to
    run high through early Friday morning,
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
