  through this morning, hard freezing temperatures as low as 22 to 
  27 degrees expected. For the second Freeze Warning Monday night, 
  sub-freezing temperatures as low as 27 to 32 degrees expected.

* WHERE...Volusia, Lake, Seminole, Orange, Brevard, Osceola, Indian 
  River, Okeechobee, Saint Lucie, and inland Martin counties.

* WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning and first Freeze Warning, 
  until 10 AM EST Monday. For the second Freeze Warning, from 11 PM

* IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills tonight through early this 
  morning could lead to frostbite and hypothermia, even with limited 
  exposure. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other

  plumbing.
