THROUGH EARLY SATURDAY EVENING FOR LOW HUMIDITY AND BREEZY
NORTHEASTERLY WINDS FOR PORTIONS OF INLAND SOUTHEAST GEORGIA...

The National Weather Service in Jacksonville has issued a Fire
Weather Watch for low humidity, breezy northeasterly winds, and 
critically dry drought-stricken fuels. This will be in effect 
from Saturday morning through Saturday evening.

* AFFECTED AREA...In Georgia, Coffee, Jeff Davis, Bacon, Appling 
  and Atkinson.

* TIMING...

* WINDS...Northeast 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 23 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...Up to 69.

* IMPACTS...Existing wildfires may behave erratically during the
  afternoon and evening hours Saturday. Controlling new and 
  existing wildfires will become more difficult for responding 
  land managers and firefighters.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Fire Weather Watch means that critical fire weather conditions
are forecast to occur. Listen for later forecasts and possible
