* TEMPERATURES...In the mid to upper 90s.

  gusts up to 30 mph. For the watch, north 15 to 25 mph with gusts
  up to 40 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...For the warning, as low as 4 percent. For
  the watch, as low as 8 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...For the warning, in the mid to upper 90s. For the
  watch, in the mid 70s to lower 90s.
