WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR WESTERN PORTONS OF THE BIG
COUNTRY AND CONCHO VALLEY, AND CROCKETT COUNTY.

The National Weather Service in San Angelo has issued a Red Flag 
Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect 
from 1 PM to 10 PM CDT Tuesday.

* AFFECTED AREA...Western portions of the Big Country and Concho
  Valley, and Crockett County.

* TIMING...From 1 PM to 10 PM CDT Tuesday.

* WINDS...South 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 16 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread 
  quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now or will occur shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low humidity and dry fuels will contribute to
