The National Weather Service in Hastings has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from noon today to 7 PM CDT this evening. * WINDS...From the south-southwest sustained 15 to 25 MPH with gusts at least 25 to 35 MPH. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 12 to 25 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will spread quickly.
