For Sunday, north to northeast 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 to 45 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...For today, as low as 4 percent. For Sunday, as low as 10 percent. * TEMPERATURES...For today, in the mid to upper 90s to just over 100. For Sunday, in the low 70s to mid 80s. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will have the potential to spread very rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. * SEVERITY...
