...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THIS MORNING TO 5 PM MST
THIS AFTERNOON FOR LOW HUMIDITY AND VERY GUSTY WINDS FOR FIRE 
WEATHER ZONES 430 AND 431...

The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect from 11 AM this morning to 5 PM MST
this afternoon. 

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 430.Fire weather zone 431.

* WIND...Sustained winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts in excess of 50
  to 60 mph.

* HUMIDITY...RH values as low as 15 to 20%.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. 
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
